The agri benchmark Academy includes the whole programme at the Academy, field trips and the visit at farms and a slaughterhouse.

Venue, Travelling and Hotel booking

The agri benchmark Academy takes place in Torikatu 2, 60100 Seinäjoki, Finland. Overnight stay at the Sokos Hotel Lakeus.

Dinner, breakfast, and accommodation are included in the participation fee and have already been booked for all participations.

Please note that there may be additional costs for your personal catering.

Please manage your travelling / booking by yourself. And let us know when you have booked, please.

Visa application

Invoice

Upon receipt of the registration, the participant will receive a booking confirmation. Only with this confirmation ist the registration valid. If the participant does nocht receive a confirmation, they must contact the Academy team.

After successful registration, an individual invoice with an amount of EUR 850 excl. VAT will be issued for self-payer.

Participation in the agri benchmark Academy is only possible if the invoice is paid before the event.

Legal information

agri benchmark shall be principally liable only in cases of intent and gross negligence, agri benchmark shall, moreover, also be liable for breach of duty due to gross regligence, if this has resulted in injury to life, limb or health or concerns a guarantee or claims arising from the German Product Liability Act. agri benchmark is, moreover also liable in the event of breach of duties the fulfilment of which is a prerequisite for the proper perfomance of the contract, the breach of which jeopardises the fulfilment of the purpose of the contract and on the observance of which the participant regularly relies. In the case specified latterly, agri benchmark is, however, not liable for unforeseen damage which is not typical of the contract. agri benchmark is not liable for slightly negligent breaches of other duties. The above liability restrictions also apply to the vicarious agents of agri benchmark.

In the event of disputes resulting from this notification and due to participation in this event, German law shall be exclusively applicable. The regional court of Braunschweig, Germany shall be agreed as place of jurisdiction.
